One quick and easy troubleshooting trick you can try is switching browsers. Alternatively, you can try clearing your browser’s cache/cookies, and here are some instructions:
Note: When you clear cache/cookies, you may need to sign into websites again.
Some choices you might see are:
- Deleting all cookies versus cookies for a specific site
- Clearing browsing data for all time versus for a time range (example – the last 2 hours)
