ILL emails seem to not be delivering to gmail accounts.

If you have recently missed notifications from us:

1. Log in to your ILL account to see the status of your requests.

• Requests in the status “Customer Notified via Email” are ready for you to pick up at the GC Library Circulation.
• You can view due dates of items already checked out to you and request renewals directly on some of them. (If you need to renew but don’t see the option, check the printed label on your item; if it says “No Renewals”, the item can’t be renewed but you can return it and make another copy. If it doesn’t say “No Renewals”, please email us at ill@gc.cuny.edu to request renewals.)
• You can view other active requests, such as those still in process.

2. We recommend that you change your email address in your ILL account to an @gradcenter@cuny.edu or @gc.cuny.edu address. To change it, log in to your ILL account and click on Profile > Update Profile.
