Save Your Interlibrary Loan Request History Before January 13, 2023

In order to keep information about library requests private, we periodically “delink” finished interlibrary loan requests from library users’ names. This will happen next in January 2023.

After this, you will only see the last six months of information in your ILL account.

If you would like to keep your request history from before June 30, 2022, please save it before January 13 with these instructions:

How to Keep Your ILL Requests/History

  1. Log in to your GC ILL account
  2. Click on “History” and then “All Requests”
  3. Click on each title
  4. Copy and paste the info you need into a document, spreadsheet or citation manager such as Zotero.

One excellent way to keep track of all your ILL requests, as well as other citations, is to use a citation manager like Zotero.
