Website Restored – Guest Log-ins Restored!

Guest Log-ins and printing have been restored.
There are some intermittent issues with the website and select databases. We are troubleshooting the problems. For questions, please contact the Reference Desk open until 8pm: 212-817-7077

3/4/2016 8:29 pm:

GUEST Log-ins ARE DOWN
and will be for the entire weekend.
This means that all library users without a GC Username and Password, will be unable to use the computers March 4th – March 7th (or until further notice). This includes:
– Alumni
– CUNY Students (non-GC)
– Friends of the Library
– Visitors
For quick browsing there are 4 marked open terminals on the 1st & 2nd floors.

Most services have been restored this morning, but there might be intermittent issues authenticating into EZproxy (remote access to databases) and ILLiad. We apologize for this continued inconvenience. IT is attempting to resolve issues as soon as possible.
