Online interlibrary loan services are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues.  The service provider is currently working on them.

This means that you may not be able to log in to make new requests, request renewals, or make changes in your account.

Please keep checking back and trying.  We’ll also update the blog when service is restored.

Alternatively, if you have a new request to make, you can email us the full citation to ill@gc.cuny.edu and we will add it for you once the service is restored.  You can also email us to request renewals or to ask for any other assistance with your account during this time.
