The Graduate Center library will be closed on Monday, October 8, for the holiday sometimes celebrated as Columbus Day and more recently, and more palatably, reframed as Indigenous Peoples’ Day.
GC afflilates will still be able to access electronic resources from off campus, so you might want to mark the day by looking at some pre-Columbian artifacts on Artstor (here’s one: bit.ly/artstor_hacha).
Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, October 9.
