- MGG Online: through Répertoire International de Littérature Musicale (RILM), MGG Online is a comprehensive German music encyclopedia with integrated translation via Google Translate. It features the complete second edition of Die Musik in Geschichte und Gegenwart (MGG) along with regularly updated and newly written articles.
- Slavery in America and the World: History, Culture, & Law: This collection offers U.S. federal, state and colony statutes passed on slavery, reported state and federal cases on slavery, Congressional debates from the Continental Congress to 1880, and English-language legal commentary (including hundreds of books and pamphlets) on slavery published before 1920. Much of the secondary source material in this collection is based on the holdings of the Buffalo Public Library’s rare book collection.
